User reviews
Functionality, it's fine, but the ads make it pretty much it unusable. Banner ads aren't a big deal but having to sit through a video ad everytime you switch between conversations is ridiculous. If it weren't for that, it'd be an easy 5 star but the constant barrage of full screen video ads is too much. Update: Messages now say they're sent but do go through to the recipient. Can't find any help with this issue.

10/9/24 TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Be careful with paying for premium services. They took my money and did not upgrade my account. It's been 2 days and no one has responded to fix it. This is the second time I've had problems with paying in the app and both times their customer service has been horrible. 11/21/24 Update: Still terrible. I gave them another chance and it's still bad. They charged me $ and I havnt even been able to use the app for 3 days. Emailed 3 days for help and no response.

After I cancelled my subscription textme company tried to charge my bank account for additional subscription time. Immediately after cancelling, than 5 minutes later my bank notified me that text me was attempting to charge me. Not just 1 attempt either, they tried another less than 2 minutes after. That's really shady and bad business. Easy to many ads on the free version and they don't go away when you pay for a number. You have to pay a separate fee just for stopping the ads.
