| 2024-11-26 |  | | The app is okay. I'm paying for the subscription so I wish it could be better. I love the shows, seamless transition to the next episode. It's super easy to binge and that is nice. HOWEVER, it is sometimes difficult to search for shows. I also can't seem to click something without it auto playing the video when I just wanted some more info. I can be watching something and maybe I just want to browse other shows to see if I will watch it, the show I WAS watching will stop and this one pops up. |

This may not bother some, but I find it highly distracting and I diminished any value I might have gotten from watching the content. |

No app issues I encountered except for one: customer service is close to none. The response to email or messenger that they have as an option to contact them is so slow (3 weeks). They asked a question & when you respond, a month passes no response |

Translations are basically terrible (hire a team Tencent!) And can we talk about that awful Pixar style of donghua for a second? Yuck. Can y'all think about doing more ACTUAL cartoon style animation instead of that 3D garbage? I know it's cheap, but it also loses a lot of what makes anime great. I sub to every anime service but I'm not paying for lower quality content. |

I think the search option can be improved by adding sub-filters, like Action, romance, fantasy, etc. It also takes a while to load sometimes, but is usually resolved by going back and clicking on the episode again in your watch list. Still new to this app, but I'm enjoying it so far. |
