Patrick O'Neill		 We installed temp stick for our vacation home in Florida. It goes offline and does not come back on. I would give it zero stars if I could. Customer support says I have to be there to get it back online. All the other devices on Wi-Fi work ok, ring cameras etc. Don't waste your money. When it worked for the first two weeks it was good. Totally unreliable for a vacation home.

april greene		 Perfect for remote temp monitoring. Extremely easy to monitor, no subscription fees. Accurate readouts. This has made it extremely easy to monitor temperature from afar so I can turn on or off equipment ie portable ac units, minisplits. App has never crashed and readouts have been Accurate for over a year now.

Eric aka CajunK9		 Fantastic U.S. Customer service... In Public Safety and have a K-9 named Sunny. I purchased a temp stick for my vehicle since during the summer in south LoUiSiAna the temps can reach over 140F very quickly. I have to leave the vehicle running with the A/C blowing when Sunny has to stay in the vehicle. I was told I was just being paranoid when I voiced my concern if the engine died or A/C failed. That's exactly what happened and the Temp Stick literally saved Sunny's life by alerting me. Eric

David Gioia		 The way it's described it sounds like you can actually get a current reading at any time, but you cannot. Reporting intervals are limited by app settings. Please add a button that would force a reading at that moment. You can set it up to have 5 minute intervals if you set an alert with an arbitrary temp or humidity going out of range, but in the regular settings minimum interval is 15 minutes. Otherwise the temp stick is awesome. This is the one thing it needs - a way to force a report.

Brian Bradshaw		 Great temp monitors and app. I have multiple units. One is in a freezer and works great with zero connectivity issues. Set your limits within the app and get notifications when limits are reached.

PJ Finster		 I bought 2 is these sticks. They are way over priced and not affordable to have multiples monitoring temps around my homestead. The UI is also very unappealing to look at. I am returning these and going with a more affordable solution.

snitramc smith		 Cannot run set up with my Pixel 2 XL. Tried Chrome, Firefox and Brave. They would not connect, even though I verified I was on the set up network. Even tried resetting the temp stick with the pull the battery 6 times trick. No luck. Used my HP Spectre laptop and Win 10 to connect, and set up ran perfectly. So there's a problem with the app on older Androids apparently. Now that I've completed set up, I can see both my sensors on my Android. But trying to set up with my phone was a massive fail. This happened twice, with two separate temp sticks.
