Ring Central needs to, come up with a way that small offices which have a central location for all SMS messages in an outbound from their clients can be viewed. At present everyone needs to log into the reception profile so that they can see previously sent, send and receive SMS messages from the client base. | |

RC started charging us after our 200 texts a month kept running out. At the moment, I cannot send or receive SMS. Took two weeks for our RC numbers to Port. Once ported you set everything up with a support person. 4/5 were not able to help. Took me two days now to get this 1/2 working. Back tomorrow to try and get this all working as advertised. | |
2022-02-09 | Luke Thiessen | Doesn't work well with Bluetooth, drops calls often, especially when moving around and switching between wifi and cellular connections, and often misses calls. Also, even with permissions revoked, this app sends out more than 85 tracking requests per hour when I'm keeping tabs on it with an app tracking protection app...not cool. Look somewhere else if you need a second line. | |
2021-08-17 | MotorGirl | I use this app for work. Unfortunately when I am on vacation I still receive phone calls even though I have it signed out. This app sends messages to my personal voice-mail even though I have set it to not receive calls. It's frustrating that you can't talk to anyone without waiting for days for a response. I have tried to disable this app and it still rings my personal number for work calls. If anyone can help me I would appreciate it. |
