| 2024-12-16 |  | | This app is ABSOLUTELY ATROCIOUS. The concept would be great, if the app would actually work. But it's buggy in each and every feature I have tried to use. I end up always needing to call to do ANYTHING. Or at the least, close, reopen, refresh, etc... nothing EVER works. It's so frustrating esepcially when you're feeling bad and just trying to get care. |

The doctors are amazing, the wait times are excellent, I do not have to travel, I can go to the doctor and be at work at the same time, and the types of doctors (general, dermatologist, etc) and reasons for visits can be various and it has far surpassed what I thought virtual visits can do! Highly recommend! |

This app will keep old appointments well after it finishes. I love the care providers it has but this app is not user friendly whatsoever. I can't even update my home address. Please overhaul this entire mess of a platform. |

I got trapped in a flow for setting my pharmacy where my only options were to remove my selection or abandon the flow and lose my selection, and the flow to set up an appointment had me stuck at multiple steps with buttons that mysteriously didn't work. Had to restart the app and try again before I could successfully make an appointment. The doctor I spoke to was great, but the app is really flakey. |

Instead of the app just saying " this time is unavailble", it will just keep setting the dials back to 9:30 PM. I can choose a time in the afternoon because it Won't let me choose AM. |

When I responded to a survey, I was prompted online to set up another appt. I indicated what I'm interested in on the form and paid $56 to learn you don't cover what I need. A total waste of money and time! Very unimpressed with your service and I won't recommend it, for sure. |
| 2024-11-04 |  | | I love Teladoc as a service, but the app and website need improvements. The app refuses to let me do video calls from my phone. And it doesn't pick up my mic on my computer. I'm a streamer, so I know my equipment and pc/browser settings are fine. It works okay on my laptop, so I use that instead. It will also say that you have upcoming appointments that are past appointments, and you can't get rid of it. |

Shows past appointments as upcoming and says my session is starting soon even though it was a week ago. Closing the app doesn't end your session so you get a message about your session ended 10 minutes later. It's the 29th and it still says upcoming session for the 8th. |
| 2024-10-29 |  | | I really wanted to use the Teladoc website rather than the app on my phone's small screen. Unfortunately, the website doesn't work with Firefox. So, reluctantly, I installed the app. But the app is very buggy and gives me repeated server errors. How is this company still in business? I've complained and complained, but still so many technical problems. It would be better if they just used Zoom, which is actually reliable. I sooo wish I wasn't forced to use Teladoc. |
