Sometimes I open the app and it tells me I'm not connected. Connected to what? I am connected to the Internet. ?? About half the time that I do connect to a remote computer, I can't use it; I have to close the program and reconnect. I pay over $600US for this privilege and expect a lot more.

I had previously loved this app for it's ease of use. When I needed it, it offered a great solution for my remote desktop needs. However when the subscription automatically renewed this past year, I had not been made aware beforehand that the date was coming up. The company decided to charge and expired and out of date card. And whatever I tried to resolve the matter, they cited emails that I never got as evidence that I knew of the renewal. $130 less for Christmas for my kids. Thanks.

i love teamviewer, my last company had it and now i still have it on my phone, laptops, and use it wherever i do contract work to control all my devices no matter where i am, from my phone, between devices, i cant get over how much it has allowed ne to improve efficiency. where other software runs into limitations, teamviewer has no problems. it is secure, though of course always observe appropriate security practices in conjunction, but i cannot recommend this enough. I appreciate y'all 🙏😊🥰

This is a terrible app for Android devices. I already have it running on my pc and it works just fine. But I've spent all morning trying to get it running on an Android tablet, with no luck. It keeps asking for passwords, but when I enter the only password I have for this program it won't accept it. When I try and update the password it asks for two-factor authentication, which I don't have set up for this app. This app has the ultimate security, in that NOBODY can access it!

Feature rich and extremely stable platform for supporting 1 person or a large 160 person team, opportunities are endless. The great and prompt technical support team is always ready in standby mode to help customers, as an when needed, day or night. This should be the trendsetter of the software industry of the world.

They've been trying to force this garbage "new interface" on people for like two whole years now and they still managed to not get the most basic things right. There's no option to connect to a Android host from another Android device. No option at all. What a streaming pile of trash.

Phoned T.V. and asked to cancel and move on, as I found 50+ remote viewing apps (a few that fit me much better). The Agent said "okay you're all set" and ended our conversation quickly and positively. However, 2 months later at the cancellation date I was charged $316.73 ttl USD for another year. T.V. claimed I didn't put it in writing. WHEN CANCELLING, DON'T TRUST WHAT THEIR AGENT SAYS. Mistake or Trick?

The remote tech support tool I used to rely on has become unusable. They now force you to create an account and the user experience is awful. My mom and I wasted half an hour trying to connect, the WiFi connection kept dropping, and she was bombarded with prompts to install unnecessary add-ons. In the end, it stopped working entirely, displaying a barrage of confusing error messages. Incredibly frustrating!

I used this for many years to connect to my PC from my phone. It mostly worked, though frequently needed to be restarted because the screen would stop updating. Recently I started getting a "commercial use detected" pop up trying to extort me for a ludicrous $50.90/month, so I was forced to find another solution. Do not recommend this "free" app.

A very good app . However Chrome Remote Desktop is hundred times better in terms of reliability in getting connected to your remote PC . You won't get blocked by an error message saying you are disconnected for business use even though you are using it for personal use . Chrome Remote Desktop will never let you down .Install it on the chrome browser as an extension .Install it on the remote PC using the same credentials and log in whenever you want .
