I don't know what the problem is, but when trying to connect to another device it always says "session expired" even though both devices are on and ready to connect, idk whats the issue

This app is used for scamming via the other person scanning my phone. I've been trying to figure which app i had on which gave access to an outsider who got hold of my banking account and information as well conned me of my money from my bank account. They have the gall to tell me they know EVERYTHING!!! And have ALL my credentials. Sorry it might help someone who really needs it but I've to report the use of this app used for scamming.
