| 2022-12-30 |  | | I am a hard core bubble shooter playerbi have experienced many of these types of games, good and bad.this game blew me away with amount the of difficulty and fun in the levels.each island was unique and fun to play the overall game play is fun and very interesting.it stands out from other games because of your goal.your supposed to save your kids and male sure they're safe.the bounce shots are very fun to mess around with and make for good trick shots. |

Then the map screen appears, but keeps blinking on and off. It takes me anywhere from 30-40 seconds before I can start playing. |

This is th 3rd or 4th time I've downloaded this game in hopes they fixed whatever is stopping me from getting 3 stars on level 14. Somehow even with the score multiplier it will not let me get past 2 stars even when my score doubled from where it was at 2 and a half stars. I had 50 thousand something points and it was halfway to the 3rd star. And my high score is 115 thousand and still somehow didnt make 3 stars? Not worth it. |

Then It keeps making my phone turn black and I have to restart it. I have a few security apps that monitor apps and viruses. and they all alerted me a few times saying this app may be harmful. This used to be a fun game/app a few years ago. Now I think it is spam app and dangerous to your phone. USERS BEWARE. |

I have one star, won the game 6 times and it won't give me another star so I can complete the group. Installed this game again 2021. Game still has the same problem, keeps you on one game by not recording the wins **. Deleted for good this time. |

My last level was close to 900 and yet again, I cannot retrieve them and continue on my new phone. Each time, I had to start all over again. Even though I was able to create a username, I see no option to log in using Facebook or any account. I tried contacting Storm 8 Support but that did not help. Please upgrade this game so we can log in and keep or retain our levels or scores if we change cells. |

Yet I have finished several levels with 20 or more bubbles left and it only gives you 1 star. Not even realistic scoring. Unless you fork out tons of money, there's no way to advance forward in this game. And to be honest I don't mind having to spend a little money, but not when they don't play fair. Time to uninstall 🤬 |

After playing for probably 4+ years I got a new phone and this was the one game that didn't transfer. So I stopped playing for about 10 mths; just recently picked it up again. Still challenging and I still enjoy it. Plus I think I'm playing better and so moving through levels more quickly than the first time around. Still recommend!!! |

Considering unistalling it if it keeps doing this. Also app keeps asking if it can have access to my phone calling, what do you need that for? Seems I've been getting telemarketer calls now that I've installed this game, come to think of it.... |
