| 2024-11-17 |  | | Apparently when you first install you have to allow every question that pops up. (Like location etc.) Then you enter the code that shows up where the probe temp shows. These would help if included in the manual. Finally got it to work. June 9th. App was working until today. Not sure if there was any updates. I can't get past the WIFI login. Nov 24. Now I can't even login. Password recovery doesn't work. Terrible app |

| 2024-08-25 |  | | Update 8/24/24 - app still doesn't work Originally worked..now doesnt .. so when I originally bought the smoker/griddle combo the app worked. It connected to my phone, I could use it as intended. Now, it wants to reconnect every time and won't get passed the wifi setup. I type in the wifi password and hit continue and it does nothing. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling app, tried restarting my phone etc. Please fix. The connectivity was part of the reason I dropped $1200 on a damn grill. |
| 2024-08-24 |  | | It kind of works, now! As of 8/18, the application works to some degree.. as long you don't rotate the screen or let the screen ever time out. Does not appear to be compatible with WPA3 settings at this time. If you're having issues, it might be router settings. I had to set up a guest network with WPA2 security, without a VPN, and it worked. Again, so long as I did absolutely nothing to disturb it... so like, for 30seconds at a time. |
| 2024-08-12 |  | | Wont even let me create an account. Cant get the app to do anything. From what ive seen, no one replies to these reviews. Update: the grill wont connect because the app is needed......and of course the app does not work...unless you want to buy something, that works perfectly.. Update: app just started to work about 3 weeks ago. It works well and makes monitoring everything much easier. 3/5 because there was no service from the app creators and there is no audible alarm when you reach the temp |
| 2024-07-26 |  | | App setup process is not clear. The code is on the smoker display and it took me a minute to figure out. You have to register in app even if you already registered. Once I got it set up and started smoking it worked until I went back to the app a few minutes later to check. It lost connection and I can't get it to connect. I'm not turning off the smoker to try a restart with meat on the grill. I'm using a bt thermo and deleting the app. Waste of a wifi connection and I'm sure I paid for it. |
| 2024-07-17 |  | | 7/16/24 Update: The developer finally updated the app and it has been working without issue. Cautiously updating to 4 stars.... App is absolutely garbage. Worked for a few weeks and is now completely broken. Doesn't even allow log in. The only thing that works is the 'shop.' How convenient. |
| 2024-06-30 |  | | It doesn't connect to the grill at all with a Samsung S22 ultra on Andriod. Tried it on a iPhone 14 and it doesn't reliably update the temperature from 20 ft away. The app may say 200 degrees and the actual temp was much higher. Pretty much useless as an app. |
