I would like to provide feedback on my recent ride with the Maxim rider I booked. The rider drove too fast, which made the journey feel unsafe. Additionally, there were abrupt brakes during the ride that startled me. For a better customer experience, I suggest the rider drives more carefully and maintains a steady pace. Ensuring a smoother ride will help customers feel more comfortable and secure.

Pros: Better to use during peak hours than Angkas since it is easier to book; easier to communicate with the riders. Cons: Locations showing are not accurate; Riders usually ask to cancel orders. Riders are violating traffic laws most of the time and quite dangerous for customer. Not wearing proper uniform for identification unlike Angkas. And also more vouchers for commuters who are paying more than the price of the order. SO HARD TO BOOK NOW! You increased your pricing without notification..

I don't think th Delivery option is accurate, can you change it where thare's a setting that the seller name, number, and how much the item cost and location of pick up, and the Receiver name, number and the drop off. The car option cost a bit too much than the motorcycles, that way the rider can get more income if thare's a passenger and a order that has been purchased close to each location.

Do not bother with this app, they have very few drivers will take your money and never return it after they can not find a driver. After speaking to drivers who tried the app ended up in the same situation where they do not even pay the driver the money they took from you. Rather use bolt or indrive. Processing a fraudulent transaction with the bank to get my money back. Just criminals

Hard to cancel that sometimes i don't know whether i cancel it or not, ended up i didn't cancel it and your driver asked me to pay to him. Not user friendly of course and the pinpoint mostly inaccurate. I wish i can complaint about your driver but it's not very user friendly

I had a very frustrating experience using this app. I ordered food from a restaurant, but when the rider called, it turned out he didn’t even know I was ordering food—he thought it was a ride booking. The map showed him still at the restaurant, and when I called the restaurant, they said the order wasn’t processed on their end at all. To make things worse, when I tried to cancel the order, there was no proper cancellation option—just an option to "change" the order.

The app was working just fine for me for a few months. I've had to go in uninstall it reinstall it received that will fix the issue. Half of the time i can't even talk to the drivers. Any other half of the time i can tell where my driver is. I don't know what's going on with the app but i wish somebody would fix it. Cause i like to be able to let my driver know certain things if i need to when they reach out to me. And in other times when i'm talking to the driver i can go back into the app.

Every advanced booking I've made was cancelled at the last minute. I can't offer tips for priority. The price is set by Maxim and is too low to ever get a ride. Especially during events or peak periods.

I think it's unfair that the passenger had to pay for waiting time fee when the drivers themselves hasn't arrive at the pickup point. The waiting time automatically start when the driver is near, but since they didn't arrive yet, suddenly, I'm the one who was charged for it. My driver make a stop before the pickup point, and when the paid waiting time hit a few minutes, only then he came to the pickup point.
