When you think the app it's bad but they manage to make it worse, last summer upgrade was only for the company. Drivers cannot see the kilometres like before, if you get assigned a double order good luck if one restaurant didn't prepare the food you still need to wait to deliver the one you have already picked up, we cannot see on the app what we deliver like the competitors do. The app doesn't follow you if you move from where you start.

there are so many bugs in app, orders doesn't show up on time, some time no notification if app is in background, no notification if you wear earphone

Notifications have been an on going issue. They don't come through and other notifications get repeated if you repeat job notifications.

After latest update app was downgraded to a state its imposible to work with. Map in main screen- unusable (you need to use external navigation app). Need more information about delivery- good luck with that ! Notifications when recieving new order ?-Why would you want that ? Just keep your phone screen always on and drain the battery. PLEASE BRING BACK THE WORKIN VERSION OF THE APP

Used to think this app worked great, but they decided to fix what wasn't broken and changed navigation & order overview to be more complicated but at the same time contain less information. No idea why

The developers were supposed to improve the app over time, but the last versions are worse and worse. Why are we forced open Google maps? Having two apps opened drains the battery faster, plus it is less user friendly. Also, the destination locations are shown wrongly sometimes. It made copy-paste the addresses impossible. Are you paid to make the app worse and more difficult to use? 0 stars

Lot of bugs in application......needs to be rectified.....Order is not received in time....I receive a text from liveoops why you don't proceed the order it passed 10 min......but in reality I didn't receive any order...it happened for me almost 10 times ... Disadvantages of new application error distance calculation late order received order closed automatically if have 2 orders wrong route calculation....It's just a copycat of Google maps Advantages Better than old version visible map

the google maps api was horrible but now after the update its supposed to let me choose my navigation app so hopes are up. besides that the app is great and ive not run into many or major problems while working with it.

The new version feels less user-friendly compared to the previous one. When navigation starts, it would be better to stay within the Scoober app, showing street names and numbers, instead of redirecting to Google Maps. Also, when managing 2-3 orders, it only shows the customer's name. Including the address and a navigation option would improve efficiency. Please consider updating these features, or I may have to switch back to the old version. Thank you! Imran
