2024-11-08 | Sylvia | At first I was concerned because it wasn't doing right. It still won't let me add my phone number. But overall it is good so far. WOW What's up with this? The privacy feature was supposed to be included in my subscription but in order for them to get my private info removed from the data broker sites selling my info it's saying I have to upgrade. Which naturally going to cost more money, but yet they don't tell you the price for the upgrade. Why is it included in my subscription but want me to
2024-11-05 | Carmela Gonzalez Shalaby | It seems to be working. However, when I was checking, I twice requested the security code that they send by email. When I didn't receive it after two requests, the online support chat could not find my account number. I went on the web to look for the support phone number and I got a number that is no longer in use. I also got an email that may be spam stating that my subscription has been renewed and is charged. I don't know what's going on.
2024-11-03 | Pixie Dawn | Uninstalled and now I can't connect to WiFi. Tried my old phone that's not even active and it works with my WiFi. I want my WiFi access back! Reply: Hello. Where am I supposed to tell you more? In this review? It absolutely IS the app, which is now back on my phone which made the WiFi go on. I don't need or want the app. If you bill me for it I will dispute it. Google it, because it absolutely IS an issue (uninstall N360 = no WiFi). Unfortunately I can't find the solution. Please help. Thanks.
2024-10-31 | Matthew Nguyen | Honestly, I got to say this antivirus helps me a lot. It's a good way to help your phone from being tracked or having the information of your phone usage being seen easily for malicious intent. It works wonders, especially in places that claim they have free Wi-Fi, but at the same time, they have weak security, so anyone can see what you are doing on your device. It can automatically tell you what dangers and threats can affect your phone and work right away to neutralize them as well.
2024-10-26 | Joshua Whittaker | No communication between 360 and the Norton lifelock app. My request to remove personal information from data brokers was "approved" with my license and then disappeared without a trace with no updates. Uses a tremendous amount of processing power/battery to stay "safe" with apps. The VPN is trash and tracked through their own company. Even as a cheap benefit through my employer I will be canceling unless major changes are made.
2024-10-26 | Russell | the new update actually makes the software more user friendly and simple to understand plus it really is just awesome to have. I love knowing my network and phone is secure with the VPN and Killswitch so my phone won't use any data until it connects to the VPN. my family and I love the safety and security and protection Norton offers! the scans are fast and smooth and checks all installed apps plus it does what it says when accessing fraudulent sites. it's well worth it!
2024-10-22 | Denise Redman | Same protection that you get on your computer right here on your cell phone. I love it! You don't even know it's working but it is it runs in the background and it only alerts you when something's severe happens, like just did now. I had a serious threat on my phone that would evegivenly, given time, whoever was attacking my phone would have got at my financial information Etc, so Norton said. Lol. I'm very grateful, that I was able to catch it in time, thanks to notifications from Norton.
2024-10-18 | Sylvia | There are a lot of apps out there that want you to believe your device will "retire" if u don't let them fix it because: it's infected with viruses, there is too much junk on your phone, you are out of storage, etc, etc. But Norton is a well respected name. Let Norton take care of your device and you won't have to worry. It scans all incoming ads, tells u if they're safe and much more. Since I got Norton I feel safe and secure. I have apps I feel are probably unnecessary now but which ones?
2024-10-13 | T Sineath | I love the service, it's great especially for the price. It adds a great peace of mind when checking my emails and such. However the app keeps sending me notifications at like 4 am. I work a swing shift late in the day this is very much an inconvenience pn my sleep schedule. I have no idea how to stop it except to silence my notifications from the app.
2024-10-06 | Txss Camaro | The Norton products are the worst I've ever used. It has slowed down my PC to the point that I sit at least 5 minutes when I start it up. You think you've gotten the app with everything, but it "finds" things wrong and wants to to add on another service. Shame on me for getting sucked in. Its now telling me that it will be $249 when it renews in November. No thank you Norton. I've learned my lesson and will be uninstalling at the end of the month. Don't get sucked in like I was. |
