2024-11-30 | Spidey Whiplash | For what seemed like months there was an obnoxious splash screen survey. I filled it out, yet it never disappeared. Now it's gone. And has been replaced with a large notice always saying my bill is OVER DUE where my due date should be. Even after I've paid my bill. There is no way to leave feedback about this issue.😮💨 Do not ask me to email someone about it.😠 Your App developers should be reading these reviews. Because most people will not go any further than leaving a review...like me. | |
2024-11-24 | Alistear | App is fine but the card is useless. They gave me a ridiculously low credit limit and it takes over a week to process a payment. LITERALLY CAN'T pay it off fast enough to use it to make any real use of it. Upside is it will keep me from spending too much on Amazon if I set it as my only payment method because of these issues. I'll just make bigger purchases with other retailers. | |

Bare minimum of a banking app, no way to view statements: it just provides a laundry list of purchase prices (not the item or seller) and payments made (on a different page). It is literally only useful for making payments which, sure, is really all you need but just feels unfinished. Just go to the website... | |

Thats gonna hurt my credit score I've been trying so hard to build. Because I'm losing credit history, and a line of credit. So my overall credit limit dropped, ultimately increasing my credit usage. If they are going to force you to use the card then they should have some sort of inactivity fee. Rather than close your account for inactivity. Highly disappointed... | |

It's great for a quick peek or quick pymt, but it doesn't seem to allow me to apply my rewards or verify much of any detail. I just think the mobile app should show payments processed to the remaining statement balance. It would also help to separate current spends from statement posted spends. | |

I got approved with $100 credit limit, little over half of that, and made my first payment in full. It is now been over a week, and my payment still hasn't been posted to my account. There's no reason it should take that long especially when we're expected to pay a higher interest rate. | |

Multiple days to process payments, I'm not sure if this is the app itself, or amazon, or communications with banks but it's pretty bad Don't bother turning on notifications, it says it may take a few days to send notifications. Guess what, it actually will never send notifications. Again, it works but at an absolute minimum. | |

Then, once you can't do what you need the app to do, you are only left with Sychrony bank customer service, which is beyond horrible. Those saying there are hidden charges that may reflect the item it self, I have made a pre-order and a in Amazon fashion it only charges when it ships, and I have noticed that with the Amazon Card that is true for all items. It is hard to trace your balance of the seller doesn't ship right a way, but that's not Amazon's fault. Best app I've seen for a credit card and I've used a few. Updated app is better then the old one. | |
2023-04-06 | Danie DK Barrows | I am newly using this app, but so far, it's been pretty easy to navigate through. Also; paying my card bill has been quite easily achieved. The app is very self; sufficient and self; explanatory in all you might need to do. Nothing is difficult to understand. And if you have a issue or problem with using the app, there's always someone that can assist you through the customer care line. Anyway; it's a great app so far. For me, it is great. |
