| 2018-12-05 | | | Update... Swivl worked with me to correct the original issue. They sent me an adapter (at their expense) that allows my Samsung-SM-G955U, which uses a USB-C, to connect and communicate with the Swivl base. It now works as advertised. Had to stop at 3 stars because of not being able to use it when I originally needed it to. Had to wait for the adapter to arrive in order to get it to work with my phone. Unfortunately it didn't arrive till after I needed it, a week after my presentation. Knowing this at the time of ordering the Swivl would have helped a lot. |
