2024-12-14 | Logan Parker | The menu is super laggy and nearly impossible to use. There is definitely a memory leak. I want to order on the app, but it's not worth the extra nausea and frustration of watching a stop motion animation of what is supposed to be a menu scrolling. Edit: did I mention my phone gets super hot when I open the app and the issues get worse the longer the app is open? | |

The payment options need to be brought into 2024, I shouldn't have to type in a credit card manually, where is Google Pay or Autofill options? Also I applied a Promo Code and it took it. The garlic steak also tasted funky like it was cooked to medium rare but then microwaved. When I click on Contact Us it opens a series of prompts, but much of the text in those prompts are cut off leaving me to guess what they are. 2024-05-24 | Regina Locicero | Outpost experience is not great. Sometimes my order is late (which is fine) but it doesn't tell me if it's delivering or not and it doesn't provide an updated ETA. The support chat it basically says to just sit tight for it. I would like the app to have better user feedback so we can see that yes it go filled and it's out for delivery but it's running late. The support bot says it pinged the team but I get no feedback. Lunch just shows up when it does, not always marked as delivered | |

When ordering, there's no alert for out of stock ingredients, so you only get half the food you pay for. There isn't really a loyalty program unless you're paying for their subscription discount plan. If they do run a challenge, you can't earn any credit in store because scanning the app with in store purchases never results in credit. Their customer service is only provided to those paying the extra money for service. | |

The support bot, which is the only option for communication with them was non-responive after multiple attempts. I was sent a survey about the bot experience, after giving a 1 star review I received an email. I was finally able to explain my issue. They said they can't help me because I didn't take screenshots. Don't trust it and be careful. | |
2022-09-30 | Tanya Mysko | Update September 2022: wow, this "app" has gotten way worse with the new design. I feel like an idiot trying to navigate around and find my profile, challenges. Buttons are cut off at the bottom and I guess what they are. Barely useable. -- 2021: Every since the app switched over to web pages, it's progressively gotten worse. Not only do pages not load properly, forcing me to pick a location again, but adding any saved custom/favorite items resets the entire cart including location. | |

It is unclear/unsatisfying that you have to click delivery and choose an address in order to start a new order. Ok, now it's working again. It has rejected my home address and made me reenter it multiple times. It feels like a web app rather than a standalone app. | |

For example, when I try and add something to my bag, instead it either eliminates ingredients or adds ones I don't want. It clearly misinterprets my inputs. But other problems abound.
