Years back, when this initiative was taken by some IIT alumni, we thought it to be calculated process and well versed tested app. But, they could not schedule a pick up for consecutive 3 days. Today, on Oct 2024; zero change. They made sure, going to Shark Tank was more important for them rather than fixing bugs on functional process. I am from South Delhi and if services can not be met at the National capital, I doubt how it would be for other cities. |

But after they didn't arrive on time and I asked on WhatsApp, they said that b4 11 am loading vehicles cannot enter Delhi ncr. It is my suggestion that u guys kindly update that or at least put this rule in the app so that users who don't know about this rule would get a bad impression due to this. |

Except for a few confusions due to mistake, it was a very good, transparent, and a pleasant experience. Suggestion - you can create a 10kg bucket as well and us other vehicals for that. |
