I've reported the issue multiple times with no results, even after updates and cache clearing. Otherwise, acceptable. |

They refused to offer a refund for charging me a second month. Customer service was prompt and friendly. I still need to tweak the settings a bit but all the easy to understand custom settings was 1 of the main factors why I chose Surfshark. . I've already put my Uber app in the bypass section so even with my VPN turned on my Uber app works normally while still protecting my important apps that I wouldn't be able to access normally. If you're a resident one place and traveling to another you shouldn't be blocked from your paid digital tools, especiay if they pose no danger to anyone else, such as looking at my own financial health, or a subscription to Web tools. Before I moved from US to UK, I really didn't even understand what a VPN was. But once you move out of the country, and you're frequently blocked from entering US sites that you legitimately need to access, a VPN becomes essential. I loved it for the first two months but after that it became a headache. Would not allow me to connect to any internet when VPN was turned on. Since it was past 30 days they could not do a refund.
