2024-10-28 | Kate Seaberg | I like the idea of earning gift cards for completing activities on the app. Lately the app doesnt recognize when I complete a medal activity. Really frustrating when I look at the medal activity article 5+ times and spend 10 mins on the article page for it to not recognize that I completed it Updating to 1 star as the issue has persisted even after checking for updates and contacting the app "Help" email about it. Im losing out on opportunities to earn rewards because the app sucks.
2024-08-06 | Amber H. | I love earning the Amazon cards for being active and doing things I do anyway. Its kinda dumb that people give this app a bad review because it takes too long to get FREE stuff with the medal system. Im pretty sure this app has videos on gratefulness and gratitude. Maybe we all need to watch them again!
2024-06-20 | Kristen Le | Overall, it's a decent app, but could be better executed: not enough opportunity to earn the medals needed to redeem for rewards, uses too much battery while running in the background
2023-09-28 | Rob Silbert | I walk and run many steps everyday, tracked with Samsung Galaxy watch 5. This app does not properly retrieve the correct number of steps. Not sure of the real purpose this serves State Farm, but if they are using it to track your activity, like driving behavior, it's not reliable data.
2023-07-28 | Becca R. | I used to love this app. First, it starte with It has never successfully connected to my fitbit device, but I've always been able to manually log my steps. Then it went to the medals, which are a total pain to acquire but you can use points to redeem for medals,, even though the amount required is too high Just got on to log steps, and see that this option has been removed. So I guess its now time to remove this app and make room for something different.
2023-02-08 | Emilio Lira | I just started using and it's a nice app the only problems are that I can't connect to it with my Samsung watch and also it doesn't give the option for doing weight training/lifting
2022-11-09 | Laura “Leo” Durant | Feedback form is broken and the account doesn't seem to be connected to my State Farm account, since it doesn't know I have a life insurance policy. Can't get rewards and can't get any assistance since they don't list another way to contact. EDIT: They've now connected the accounts.
2022-08-15 | Crystal Ship | The was awesome I had accumulated over a hundred 150$ dollars in points, then they locked me out of my account. Contact administrator? Yeah good like finding an insurance administrator don't even bother. In fact switch insurance companies completely they are over priced anyway
2022-03-05 | Laura Grinter | I really enjoyed this app until recently they lowered all the point values for meeting your daily goals. It definitely gives me less motivation to keep moving! This app is a pile of $%*!... I have been cheated out of so many points!
2021-12-28 | Courtney Locker | This app was fantastic. I have used it to motivate me to get more steps in my day. I would redeem my points for Starbucks gift cards, which was a treat for me. Now it's utterly useless. The implementation of the medal system is ridiculous. It's hard to find ways to earn the medals, and to redeem points for them is more than you have to spend to get the rewards themselves. |
