| 2024-11-21 |  | | I loved playing this game. Over the last few years, it has become more about spending money and diamonds. Even the rewards are now "watch a trailer" to get a reward. Very little in this game can be earned if you don't spend money buying either diamonds and decorations. I have played this game since late 2011. Please go back to the old way of doing things. Asking for all this money is crazy, and one point I was spending $20 a month on this game and was able to get most everything. |

The only feature the knock off had that Hay Day has never had was a red pin 📌 on the mackers if an item was in an order que. Hay Day continues to be a nice gaming experience where the player can engage with as much or little of the assorted side games as they want. Plenty of ways to customize your farm. I really like that I can pick up where I left off, after a break - life gets busy. |

Whoever has been in charge of creative is not good. We want production items and buildings, not boring farm pass and deco. Would be much better if you lower the prices. Thank you. I feel like the materials should be sold in the store, and not be stored in the barn. Too costly to fix things as well. Making the game boring. I also lost my farm ,I was at level 36! |

All the building materials take up so much storage, that its difficult to get the amount you need because barn is full of them. It goes round and round. But I still enjoy the game. Leaders need to be able to see last day neighbors were active, just activity, nothing about the player. |

I'm never current on these and the most recent one is over 600k. I don't get that much money from 2 or even 3 levels. It's disappointing that try as I might, I'll never be current on machinery. And truck orders? They jumped too and with time I could make those, the barn never keeps up with storage space. Everything |

Seems kinda intentional considering all customer service is automated and able to leave you in a loop of not solving the obvious issue. Pretty disappointing considering the account and progress has to still exist. Can't even get a refund of the purchases I'm unable to recover. Edit not the first time I've tried to recover this account now that I think about it. Whatever HD. |

I've been through a long cycle of devices and always had to retake the tutorial and it's annoying. Also, all the decorations are overpriced along with the utility stuff. Why does the price of decorations go up as you buy them?? It also takes such a long time for crops to grow and for buildings to get built. Otherwise it's pretty fun. |
| 2024-09-14 |  | | I have been playing this game since the beginning. However, several months back it started freezing whenever you try to go to a different area i.e. fishing, town, mailbox. It seemed to stop after several more months and worked fine. Now it's back to doing the same freezing issue. It's very bothersome when you can't find a fix! Please fix this issue because if it isn't I refuse to play! Thanks |
| 2024-09-09 |  | | Every time I try to play and go visit some other farms, it says loading, and then it says updating... it has done this for the past 3 weeks, and it is getting frustrating not being able to go and visit other farms or help people... it takes longer than 10 minutes to load. I have to uninstall the game every time just for it to work because it freezes up when I log out, and it still says updating and loading ... |
