| 2023-02-02 |  | | I subscribed recently to the print/digital editions. Downloaded app and the sign-in only asks for my email, no password, and it says I have no active subscription. I really wanted to use the digital side of my subscription and it's disappointing that it seems that not a lot of effort goes into making the digital content available. |

I have been a subscriber to Sunset Magazine for over 20 years and have been given no explanation as to why the magazine is offered in this useless attempt to satisfy customers. If you call the Sunset office to inquire of the subscription status, you are connected to someone who cannot speak clearly. What a joke!!! |

I see nothing to read in this Sunset app. If you aren't printing a magazine please put something suitable and similar to your magazine publication on the net for your subscribers. |
