Really slow app. I'm pretty sure it's a local scam, but I got clamped while using top-up to pay for the parking. The top-up loading took about 6-7 min, with the additional 2 for the registration info was apparently long enough for the authorities to clamp my car and fine me. The only positive to the app is the English option that was working, unlike the Varna bus ticket app.

Changed my mind. The app is just very poor with user experience and hard to find how to use your previously registered card... I'll give more stars just because it works, but have in mind that the user experience is not so good. When I want to top up the wallet it wants me to pay the 1lv tax when I register the debit/credit card. I already paid 3 times 1 lv for this registration. Take care of this.... otherwise it is frustrating.

Topup from a disposable card and they only took the 2 leva for transaction, so the 1st time I have payed for nothing. I made 2nd Topup for 6leva with different card and they took again 2 leva for transaction and 6.17 leva from which only 6 shown in the account.
