I just found out that QR code doesn't scan in some of the outlets. Not everyone wants to use google wallet and this significantly limits rewards points collection. It would be very handy to have menu option, even if not all options are available in all locations, to make a choise before purchase instead being transfered to "Order Now" (i.e. latest "Mild or Wild" or Saver Subs).

Had a subcard for years. Built up a stock of points for us on rainy days. You discontinue the cards, and develop an app which doesn't let you scan your card to reclaim the points. Then the app doesn't even work, with 'HTTP 530' showing up everytime. Do better, you can afford it.

The Subway UK Android app is a complete letdown. Registering is a dead end, logging in is a lost cause, and the promised verification email is nowhere to be found. It's like trying to open a door with no key – futile and frustrating. A digital journey filled with roadblocks, resulting in an overall dreadful experience. A one-star rating is generous for an app that simply doesn't work.

App telling me to update. When I hit the tab it takes me to app store and there is no update option. Now locked out of app so can't buy anything or use my existing points!! Update - can now suddenly open the app but it's saying my 'Internet connection is sub-par' and that I may be offline, which is untrue because I have wifi and can also open all my other apps. On 4G as well. So, I STILL can't use the app!

Tried to update app and it wouldnt work afterwards so uninstalled it and tried to reinstall and absolutely nothing!!!! Won't let me install it and can no longer access my rewards but still receiving emails telling me how many points I have (but am unable to access). As much use as a chocolate fireguard!!!! Avoid like the plague!!!! Also won't let me review this with 0 stars which is how I would if it would let me.

The app is broken and garbage. Everytime you are asked for your login, the auto fill will randomly leave a space making your login invalid. Once you've figured that out you'll need a verification code sent to your email, which will be invalid for no reason, forcing you to request five more until one works. Once successful, you will be automatically logged back out, forcing you to do the entire process again, ALL with 2 seconds of input lag on every press that never goes away. Would rate 0/5.

Update: reinstalled my app, accepted my login and verification code. So far ok. Wish that splash picture wasn't so slow. Update: logging me out, doesn't recognise login details, received email to verify my email and download app! Sigh! Slow app. Hangs on the initial intro screen for too long. Otherwise it's a good app that works in real time

Previous app was slow but this one is shockingly bad. Web-based is a terrible idea for largely static data. Plenty of locations don't have good signal. Also cookie dependant. Not all links work either e.g. nutrition. This must be damaging sales as already put me off. Visually good. But probably should building it again. Should make it possible to use without signal and update in the background or push alerts / deals through it.

Never bothered writing a review before but this app is just so bad. Constantly telling me I'm offline when I'm not, and either not getting a GPS fix at all or when it does it lists restaurants I'm nowhere near. I did manage to get one order made hence the 2 stars instead of 1 but on second attempt I couldn't get past selecting pickup restaurant so got a McDonald's instead. Shame as do like a subway but probably won't be bothering again anytime soon. So after some playing around I found out the "you are offline" message constantly coming up was because of my VPN I have on my phone so not strictly the apps fault but then it is the ONLY app I have encounter this problem with. changed from 2 star to 3 star as the app still needs improving - paying with my sub points would be a nice option

Doesn't seem too bad outside of it feeling a little sluggish. Only thing so far is that theres a bug where after tapping the QR code and tapping back out of it, the app controls the brightness of your screen while in the app. If you have changed how bright it is since opening the app it will revert back to what it was while the app booted
