jennifer robertson, 2024-11-27The view was beautiful. However, the keypad was on the side entrance, which was not well lit. We arrived in the rain at night and it took 15 minutes to find it. Side entry info would have been very beneficial. The king mattress is very hard, and there were only 2 pillows. The cabin is perfect for 6, and the game room was perfect.

Amy Black, 2024-09-29The app was not very user friendly in my opinion. Not everyone in our party is comfortable using phone apps. The info should have been emailed too. Also, it was hard to find things like "remote checkout" that our last email referenced. I never found it.
