| 2023-06-23 |  | | The search option when it comes to location is HORRIBLE. It doesnt allow you to specify a city and whn it does it doesnt show all options. You end up seeing over 50 places meanwhile one 5 may be in the city you are searching. Its enough to not want to use because in order to search if new apartments were added I need to sift through 90 somethings properties knowing less than 10 is in my desired city. Only good thing is liking a place and your realtor seeing it. |

| 2021-10-29 |  | | It used to work fine. Now it either doesn't load altogether, doesn't load certain clients, doesn't update the newsfeed, or it doesn't load properties properly. It's very convenient being able to search a property on the road instead of having to open a laptop or go back to my work station... please get this app working properly. Maybe it's because of the switch to REALM coming soon. A notice saying "giving up on this software", or something would be helpful though. |

| 2021-10-14 |  | | Man, this app is so clunky. I like the idea of it - make it easy to talk to your realtor, connect directly to the MLS etc. But why does it launch and immediately open a chat? Why are the more frequently used sections (e.g. suggested) hidden away behind "more"? Get your UX Designer on this - and have them get started on user interviews, stat. It is not an intuitive app to use at all. Happy to speak with a UX team member myself! Edit: 2 stars now bc my ratings, lists aren't even saving anymore |

Can't link/chat to other people other than your realtor. Needs to link to Google Maps from right inside a listing for location/street view. Viewing photos is cumbersome. One at a time vs scrolling. I much prefer Redfin for useability, although it has no chat feature, I can share a link through WhatsApp. |

The app also crashes frequently, so I have to shut down and start again. Super annoying issues that I'm sure can be fixed. |

Many apps out there provide this option. The only good thing about this app is that I can create my own lists of liks and suggestions. |
