| 2024-11-16 |  | | 2024 review: Well, the app got better, then it got worse. For a couple weeks now, it won't show any images whatsoever, just text. Often I'll be scrolling through a list, and it will claim no internet connection, and then reset. I enjoy my pickup experiences at my local store, but app is awful. They break it. 2020 review: It is very slow all the time, the back button doesn't work intuitively, the coupon function has now been destroyed, as well as the shopping list. Terrible app. Terrible design. |

Scrolling through previous purchase in an exercise in tedium as I have to press 'more' every 30 items, while the sponsors suggestions take up most of my screen space. And if I go to look at an item or a coupon, it resets everything back to only the top 30 items. This is beyond annoying and true enshitification of a formerly okay but not great app |

I love every week scrolling through 180 coupons just to save some money when they could have a clip all button. Most of the time the cashiers can do it manually for you so why would anyone even bother clipping if they can just complain to a cashier till they do it for them. However, while CVS, Shaws, Star Market, Winn Dixie, and Publics have all managed to cobble together mostly functional apps, the app from Stop&Shop fails to function most of the time. Sometimes my Go points show up, sometimes not. More then half the time, I cannot read their weekly ad. I go to look at their coupons and see an empty list with a note about "having technical difficulties at this time, try again later". Promotional emails never arrive... |
| 2024-09-18 |  | | Using past purchases option, if you scroll through and want to tap on an item for additional info, the app will return you to the first item afterwards forcing you to start over again. When it comes to produce, when choosing delivery, the app ignores any produce that shows a special per pound price, and will charge the per piece price (instead of $1.29 per pound, you will be charged the $0.89 per item). Very frustrating....need to go to customer service to correct the error. |
| 2024-08-30 |  | | I have been using this app for a few years with no issues, but I just tried to use it this morning and it keeps crashing. I tried installing the update.. still crashes. I tried clearing cache... still crashes. And I even uninstalled then reinstalled, and guess what? It is still crashing. My phone system literally gave me a pop-up multiple times that says there's a bug with the app. Please fix this! |
| 2024-08-30 |  | | Ive shopping there (Stop and Shop) for years, I shot there every month and I will continue to stop there every month. But I cut back on shopping exclusively at Stop & Shop. When I go to look at my rewards, the app says I haven't made any purchases. Which means I don't qualify for any of the benefits of bonuses based on my points. This is one of the worst apps I've ever dealt with. |
| 2024-08-21 |  | | Each time you use the app it signes you out of the application immediately after doing a captcha, then when you get to the coupons, after scrolling for a few seconds BAM, they all disappear and you have to start all over again. Problem has been going on for weeks, and only gets worse. Reached out to support, zero response. |

| 2024-08-15 |  | | Don't you dare have the ability to read. If you scroll too fast (or at a normal, but even pace), then you must be a bot and you'll have to solve a puzzle. Don't continue looking at coupons after you solve the puzzle though, because that also makes you a bot and you'll be locked out of your account until you uninstall and reinstall the app to log back in. Oh yeah. And this is the only way you can activate s&s coupons. Have fun! |
