| 2024-11-25 |  | | I have made numerous purchases from stockx with very few issues. The problem is, when there is an issue, you never know if anyone is going to respond. My current problem is I purchased a pair of Jordan 4 retro,when they arrived there was a white discoloration on the toe. You can clearly see that someone tried to clean it off but it's still visible. Hopefully this will be a quick easy resolution. 🤞🤞 |
| 2024-11-19 |  | | Stockx doesn't punish its poor sellers harshly enough. They are too lenient with them. Back to back dealing with lazy sellers who take well over the two day shipping period. Looking online for help, and all you see are people(likely sellers) making excuses for these other scummy sellers, stick to eBay and Amazon. I purchased a pair of dunks on the 2nd, and it's the 19th NOW, I've gotten rescheduled to another seller, and they also took long. STAY AWAY from stockx. |
| 2024-09-30 |  | | It's Kool for many different items from sneakers to collectables. The only issue have is the possible fact the company accepts credit cards only (no debit cards). I tried to buy some sneakers once and it wouldn't accept my card. All info was correct and I definitely had sufficient funds. I don't know if debit cards will be accepted in the future but I sure hope. |

The interactions i've had were email, generally automated respones. No live support. They sell fakes and defects. % over flat fee should be a crime along with other additional fees not included in the sale price. Buyers and sellers both pay the same fees. They post used pair sales from other places as "global sales" and shipping is often prolonged. |

I contacted StockX immediately, but they refused to cancel my order even after I explained the situation. When I received the product, the box was crushed, a protective paper wrap was missing, and there were multiple cuts, gouges, and scrapes on the product, which had a StockX Verified tag on it. Therefore, I had to initiate a return for a refund. One of the worst consumer experiences of my entire life! |

The app is just so infuriatingly slow, buggy, and unattractive, the bug I just noticed doesn't let you zoom in on pictures of products, it only zooms to the top left which is white background. Again, the service itself is whatever, definitely useful, but the actual user experience is too frustrating to want to continue. Simple bugs that make it annoying and unusable. |

This time though, the shoes came in the wrong box, didn't come with the correct accessories, and the shoes look used. I feel like they didn't even look at the shoes before they sent them to me. Now I understand why people don't use stockX. I will be deleting the app. |

Only issues that it's a little bit high skill for the user base. If you're new to the platform and fairly inexperienced towards online purchasing in general, it's not very friendly. Just a harsher learning curve than one might expect. |

Was very helpful to know how much your sitting on, see it increase/ decrease with the market and also the total count you have. Please add this feature back. Other than that, it's a very good app for buying/selling sneakers. Also good for checking the market value so you know if you're paying too much or really getting a steal. |

The first pair didn't make it through Stockx verification which is fine and I was offered a $10 discount. Tried to use the discount on a different pair of shoes less than a week later, but they wouldn't allow me to use it. I still ordered the shoes regardless, but it after 3 weeks of ordering Stockx never shipped the shoes to me so I cancelled. I do not plan to use again as a result. |
