The first time I used the app I had to upload ID info and a facial photo for myself and my guest. Everything worked OK and I was impressed with the process. I booked the same hotel to stay the following week. The app wants the same information uploading again. Can it reuse the data from the previous booking? If not, this is a significant amount of extra effort to stay at the same hotel. Then I reduce my rating to 1 star. Taking photos every time is not easy, please allow document uploads
General Idea is great, if it would work! We used the app in Spain. Verification process seemed easy, except that we couldn't see the other guests in the app. Standing in front of the building we actually couldn't open!!! 2 out of 4 were verified, 2 others apps said still processing. None of us were able to open the front door. We only got in cuz someone left the building. Opening the door to the apartment worked, but didn't fix our problem. Customer support wasn't helpful at all. Be aware!
Unable to upload a stored picture for ID. Check in page froze when trying to upload the signature. I don't use data roaming when on holiday and don't know if the app will run. Bluetooth enabled.
