2024-11-22 | Kory Cox | Such an easy setup and install! Mount Starlink and run cables, plug in to router and then plug into the outlet. Open this app and click setup. Follow prompts and it will tell you where to aim your Starlink. After making sure it's updated, it will have you set up wifi SSID and password. Bingo! you're online with about 32ms ping! You can also take Starlink Standard with you as long as you have a power source. You can add mobility to your plan and use it wherever you are. Thanks Starlink!
2024-11-20 | Kal Slater | Fastest and most reliable Internet available. Setup is super easy and completed it in about 10 minutes. the app did all the work. I just inputted basic info. So far the equipment in service has been incredibly reliable. Highly recommend Starlink to anyone who needs internet, not just those in rural areas.
2024-11-18 | Angela Callahan | very fast. easy installation. it's basically plug and play. the only issue so far is geo location for some streaming apps places our IP out of our local area. Starlink is working on that and we have digital antenna for workaround on local channels. Honestly, local news has small value but weather is nice to get.
2024-11-14 | Wade McGregor | I don't end up leaving reviews as much as I probably should, but I wanted to make sure and leave one for this because it has really improved my life. I recently sold my stuff, bought an RV and I am traveling the country. having fast, consistent internet access wherever I was was very important to me, and starlink was the perfect thing to make it happen. I haven't had any major problems ever since I got it. The app is very convenient. super easy to use
2024-11-11 | Chris Byrns | Extremely difficult to navigate through this illusion of customer service. Everything is geared to catering to the billing department unless you want to make a payment. Options are few and are not user friendly in any way in my opinion. I find it a giant time wasting effort to manage much of anything on this app unless you want to ask Google questions all day.
2024-11-10 | Kim H | Starlink has been perfect for us. We live so far out in a wooded area that we were limited in choices. Viasat was good but we had a lot of outages and ran out of high-speed data in 2 weeks. With Starlink, we had a severe storm within the 1st week & didn't lose signal. It's worth the money in rural areas.
2024-11-03 | Infidel 1776 | Very impressed. I'm running both Viasat and Starlink, and I can honestly say Starlink is the way to go. Viasat(professionally installed) is constantly losing its signal, slow, and when it is working, it's constantly buffering. Now to Starlink. Thank you for everything you have done for Western North Carolina 🙏 I have not had one issue with your services since the storm. I can't say the same for Viasat. Starlink 248mbs download/22.1 upload Viasat 12mbs/4.4 upload.
2024-10-29 | Brandon Roy | Switching from 4G LTE to Starlink has been a game-changer! I used to get speeds around 50-100 Mbps on 4G, but with Starlink, I’m now experiencing consistent speeds of 150-400 Mbps. The difference is remarkable—no more buffering, and everything from streaming to video calls is so much smoother. Installation was easy, and the connection has been reliable, even in bad weather. It’s truly brought fast, reliable internet to our remote area, something I thought would never happen.
2024-10-26 | Anne Sweet | We have been full-time RVer's for a year now. We decided to get Starlink because of Wi-Fi being a varied amenity, depending on where we stayed. Traveling with young ones, the necessity of Wi-Fi is great, and Starlink has solved our problems! Other campers told us of their great experiences, and we gave it a shot! We love it! Thank you!!
2024-10-26 | Jason Childs | We moved to a rural area and couldn't get phone or cable TV to our home. We originally tried Hughesnet and they were terrible. Constant lag , problems and outages . We decided to give Starlink a try and it has been amazing . We are getting amazing speeds and service. And the set up couldn't have been easier . When it comes to reviews this is a easy 5 star . |
