2024-12-14 | Greg Berdan | Phone battery drain increased noticably with this app. Limited use of the assistant feature, would be nice if it has more integration with the phone. The tap feature "start stop stream" does nothing with common apps like audible and music streaming apps. Only really useful for making adjustment to your hearing aids. Even that isn't very detailed. No control available to make adjustments for tinnitus other than tiring them up until normal sounds irritate you more than the tinnitus.
2024-12-07 | Thomas Erickson | I have galaxy S23 and at least 3-5 times a day I have connectivity issues where I need to remove hearing aids and put in case find a cord to turn off hearing aids to reset them. My audiologist says they work better with iPhone. And Android has connectivity issues. I'm not getting an iPhone, so hopefully these connectivity issues can be solved.
2024-11-25 | Ralph Morrow | I downloaded this app on my Samsung Galaxy s22 ultra. It cannot find my hearing aids. Tried it in pairing mode and then with them turned on several times. Bluetooth is on and allowed to find nearby devices. Then I tried it on my wife's Apple phone. Same results. Then I tried it on my Samsung tablet. Again, Same results. Hearing aids are the Z series. Any suggestions?
2024-11-11 | John Larson | Selecting anything under Popular Topics under the Learn icon STILL shows nothing. Why are there are 2 different manuals for this app? There is a User guide located in Help Center and another located under Printable materials which contains the directions to enable these hearing aids to answer phone calls. The app installed on my phone does not offer the option to set up these hearing aids to answer phone calls. Why? If I cannot answer my phone using my hearing aids, they are going back.
2024-11-02 | Brianna Okamoto | Worked great until two updates ago. I can no longer toggle sound to one ear. I was hoping this latest update fixed it. Can't wait for the mic on the hearing aids to work so I don't have to hold my phone for calls. Fingers crossed for the next update, fixing these two things. Using Samsung s24 ultra.
2024-10-30 | Don T | Recently only one hearing aid will connect to the app. This means only one will play streaming audio and only one works while on the phone. I have unpaired and tried again. I have cleared cache and uninstalled app then reinstalled and gone back through the set up process. Same thing only one will connect. Very frustrating to spend this much money on hearing aids that only work through the app and then the app doesnt work. The phone should be able to treat them just like wireless headphones.
2024-10-30 | Edie Booth | Withholding further comment because of favorable impression of developer.... helping me discover the issue.... old comment: never connected to both hearing AIDS except for one time. That was the day that it stayed connected from 7 in the morning till about 3 in the afternoon. Once it disconnects, there's no way in HE double L that it will reconnect to the hearing AIDS. It might be connected as far as Bluetooth sound (maybe 1 ear), but app program for health won't work, even w/ phone always near
2024-10-18 | Douglas Fichtel | Had same problems as others concerning connecting with my old Samsung S9. Audiologist couldn't help. Bought an S24. That seems to have solved the problem (or maybe you fixed it.) Been listening to music for a few hours and made a phone call. I'll be back if I have trouble, but, for now, the app and my hearing aids are great.
2024-09-27 | Michael Henry | Rage inducing performance inconsistentcy. Pairing is a nightmare where occasionally it works but more often only one hearing aid is found by the app, or if both are found the app will not pair with the second aid. I spent an hour at my audiologist's office today watching her fail to connect my aids to the app. Later in the evening I tried again and after multiple phone restarts, uninstalling and reinstalling the app, starting over multiple times because only one aid would pair, voila, it worked
2024-09-11 | Tony Rapson | I was leery installing this app at first. Low ratings (I read them all), and wants far more access to my phone than I am comfortable with. But I did. Bluetooth. Being able to hear my phone ring anytime drew me in. A problem tho: when I get volumes set (minimal wind and outside noises), the slightest noise (a cough, breaking wind, etc) raises all those sounds uncomfortably. After a few moments they quiet back down. Still uncomfortable. More I'd like to share, but running out of space. |
