I do like the ability to use it on different devices with the same account. There is a subscription to it unfortunately, but that just comes with the times I guess. |

I think it's a little silly to paywall bolding and italicizing words, though. the protected notes feature would be better if it had a choice to lock note once you leave it aswell or set custom time. other than those picky things, this is the best and most secure trustworthy notes app out there. |
| 2024-10-28 |  | | This is the best app ever. I heard of them through Proton Mail. They are end-to-end encrypted and they themselves don't have any of the encryption keys. So no matter what happens they cannot provide your data to anyone else. The functionality of the entire product over the phone app, the browser, and the desktop is amazing. No matter what I change where, it instantly syncs everywhere all at once. I also setup encrypted backups where the email me all of notes encrypted in a daily email. |

If you choose standard notes in Android share within either a scanner app or the photo app it just takes you to standard notes and doesn't actually attach it to a note. Even worse, if you manually create a note and try to attach it it just fails and doesn't work. This is such a critical feature of a note app on a mobile device it's hard to believe it doesn't work. |

| 2024-04-26 |  | | $90/year is too much for note taking (I could be convinced to pay half that). Free version is too limited for note taking (doesn't even have checkboxes to make a to do list). Unless you have a need for highly secure notes, I see no reason to recommend it over Simplenote or any other app. That said, the paid version looks like it has some fantastic features (spreadsheets, attaching files and photos). If you add free checkboxes or discount the price, I'll revisit the app. |

It has since been resolved, I don't know how, as I didn't do anything other than reinstalling it later. I really love this app though. | 2023-12-29 |  | | UPDATE: I subscribed to the yearly pro plan. SuperNotes are amazing! I love this app and it's security! It really helps me keep my story ideas and notes and boards accessible no matter what device I have near me at the time. And, how often it auto saves is very helpful. My cell phone got a call while I was writing, and by the time the call finished, my phone had closed this app. Thankfully, everything was saved up to the last word I had typed. |

There are a variety of mods that make this app variably functional, including an authenticator that gives me redundancy with Google Authenticator. It has proven to be a very stable and functional app. |
