Note for future I.T.: A notification reminder that at a user's minimum set amount by having a text notification that card/account is near its minimal amount and in need to add funds. It would be nice to have instead of a notification indicating that there are not enough funds cancelation due to inefficient funds. Thx |

It claims that you can link debit cards and do all these great things but I can only link my bank account and nothing else. I try to navigate the app and the answer to everything is get a free cash card!!!!.----update: it's not gotten better! there are so many options about Bitcoin and buying stocks and everything but simply trying to find deposits and debits are impossible. They just want you to be confused .. |
| 2024-11-27 |  | | Barely used the app and when I finally did, they closed my account w/o providing a reason (I scoured their terms and know I didn't violate any) and the customer support was absolutely useless. Thankfully I was able to transfer out the money I'd put on the account. It was good for quick small transactions, but I wouldn't recommend solely based on their complete lack of helpful CS and clear-as-mud transparency. Sticking with Chime & Venmo. Their auto-reply bots clearly don't read either. 0 stars. |

Everyone I know is losing the add paper money feature! If I can't add cash there's no point in keeping the app. Guess it's time to switch to chime, they still allow adding paper money. |

I'm having an issue where it's not allowing me to send/receive money cause it's blocking accounts for "teen safety." It never gives me a reason as to what's wrong, and the management told me that there nothing they can do pretty much. Nobody is helping. What's the point of an app for sending/receiving cash if I can't actually do either of those things. |

It would cancel payments "for teen safety," even though the payments weren't fraudulent, suspicious, or malicious. Customer support was useless, was unable to provide specific information as to why the payment was canceled, and was unable to provide solutions. It's infuriating because business transactions may have legal merit, and because the reason for the cancelation is so vague and irrational. |

I tried going back in, providing my phone number, and this time the app claimed it couldn't deal with my device, falsely claiming some sort of unspecified suspiciousness. I tried logging in again, with my email, only to be told my account was closed. Why my friend likes this app is beyond me. I'll stick with reputable apps like PayPal and Venmo... |

I've had thousands in my account but oh no I can't borrow because of a past balance from two years ago. And now they won't let me use pay later option and even lied saying they stopped on Oct 1 even though I used it on Oct 16. Cash app is horrible. Use chime. They understand life happens. |

Never lasts long before its fixed.The app is very convenient and easy to explain to others when they need help. Great for emergency or last minute minute when you are short.Plus they have the new borrow feature if you are loyal an use the app consistently. I gave it 5 stars but would give it 10. Also, for some reason, if you pay for your Amazon Prime membership, they will decline your card every month. I have to call them every month and verify it with me. Every month and all Cash App says is try to retry your card. When Amazon is set up for automatic draft per month. Obviously, Cash App and Amazon have problems with one another. Very dissatisfied, I have to keep doing this every month |
