2024-08-14 | Kate Watnee | When the app opens its okay. But since I have to uninstall and reinstall it every other day...just so that I can get it to open. It's not sustainable.
2024-08-02 | richard byrod | The app is okay. However, major pain points are in uploading media, failures to publish and and extremely slow response (of the app) after media has been added to a post.
2024-07-29 | Julian Reyes | While it'll manage the basic tasks (replying, liking, updating message feeds) that's basically it. Responding is even a little off. You cannot change the sentiment of messages through mobile, which is a huge delay on those that run reports regularly. The whole app needs to be worked on, and responsiveness needs to be fixed. That's the whole reason we pay money to access sprout social.
2024-02-09 | Dianna Lloyd | Lacks functionality, like saving common replies to the library (desktop only feature), and is buggy (eg it simply stops sending a PM reply in the middle of a conversation with a customer). We pay so much for Spout and the app is not good enough for what we're paying for.
2023-12-25 | Nika Walker | It doesn't work for Android. Only iPhone. On my Samsung, I can only log in on the desktop. When logging in on the app, it says, "Please enter a valid email address." I have an iPhone, but my primary phone is Android. I was going to invest in a subscription, but I see no point if I can use the app for convenience.
2022-11-01 | Summer Titus | This app isn't completely android friendly. There are still parts that are for Apple devices only. Example: Instagram videos that you have to pretty much post yourself because spout won't do it for you aren't supported on anything other than apple devices. Pain when your scheduling is for nothing. Very disappointed by that.
2022-08-24 | Ben Guilfoy | Maybe one of the worst apps. If you can even get it to open, it will hang at doing even basic tasks. Sharing a photo can take multiple attempts to even upload, and on the off chance the app decides to work for a few minutes you can only attach one photo at a time. Even the keyboard seems broken when using this app. It's almost impossible to use this app for work and I end up emailing photos to myself to post via desktop.
2021-09-30 | Aakash Khan | The desktop site is perfection and its so painful to see the app version lag behind. My workplace run events where we need to post timely and fast updates across all our socials. The app makes that near impossible, even on a high end Android phone it lags when adding pictures, throws up errors and you better pray to the gods you can post! We ask Sprout (no beg!) to take some inspiration from discord and their app and make the app experience just as amazing as it is on desktop.
2021-05-04 | Daniel Soane | I was looking for an easy way to manage our company social media accounts. I trialled every single app that I could find a free trial for, and Sprout Social has consistently come out on top in comparison. It can be pricier than other options, but you definitely get what you pay for 👌 Customer service is also very polite and swift at answering questions, resolving any issues and giving advice when required. 10/10
2020-12-26 | Junior Ferreira | Desktop is great, mobile is so bad that it makes me want to unsubscribe altogether. Scheduling doesn't work when you click save it just keeps refreshing, then when the time comes and goes when the post was supposed to roll out, it doesn't, which affects our brand negatively, especially if we are trying to collab with other brands and miss the launch windows. Will need to get this fixed asap or I don't see us using this platform for much longer |
