I was told if my equipment wasn't here, I could use the app. Well my equipment was to come yesterday & didn't because they put the PO Box but sent UPS. I gave both physical and PO, shipper should know which address to use based on carrier. |

Two customers that I signed up while employed there had such a hard time; one getting the rates he was promised and the other getting the system to work as was explained and promised by a manager of this company.
