Unfortunately the interface on this app is TERRIBLE it is not intuitive at all, hidden options/menus. Not even the coaches know how to do things, so I can add a new child but it's not a new child it's an existing child, it just says log in if you add someone who already exists. I hate this app so much. |

On tablet there is no way to access notifications. 99 notifications I can't even open one. Overall the mobile UI is still overly garish and the UX is laggy |

I can get it to run on my cheap Chinese phone, and the old PC. Why oh why does the team have to choose this one. Then repeat all the info on WhatsApp as not all can install Teamo! |

Yes, we've had a couple of teething problems, but a quick email to support has seen 99% of things fixed straight out. The other 1% was my mistake 😅. Would absolutely recommend as I am considerably more chilled than I have been in recent seasons. ❤️ |
| 2023-02-02 |  | | Overall, it's pretty good. I would like the option for a check-in like we had for covid but just a normal 'check in' for attendance. Our Parents love that feature (we still use it) as it's a lot easier to click when they arrive and so much quicker for us coaches and TM'S. |

I'm the team admin and manage the clubs account but can't even get on to view fixtures or manage my teams. The only way I have found is to uninstall the app and reinstall, it then works for one session and then reverts to the same behaviour |

EVERY SINGLE TIME I open the app it asks me to confirm my details, but doesn't let me press a button to confirm/submit details? It's so bad and frustrating. |
