So i placed my life in danger with this and it took 37 minutes to drive while uber was 10 minutes and lower cost. Expensive and bad quality. Speed? 23.5km/hour. Also no breakes. Also the are to use it is awful. I had to walk 15 minutes to get one plus 37 minutes to drive =1hour. While uber was 10 minutes. Very very very very expensive. Search other alternatives ! |

The ride was slown to 1 km/h and I had to use my legs for quite a bit to get it to a unforbidden point (the reason I was going to the doctor is a bad knee ...) and the scooter is heavy. I could have done that very easily had the ride not been slowed down. Obviously I paid for all the time I pushed the scooter ... So it conclusion don't slow it down! |

What's made me leave a 3* review is the app: for me it frequently breaks, gets stuck, presents errors, gets stuck on a white screen (even if I restart the phone). Now I've tried to reinstall the app a bunch of times and I never receive the SMS. I can't use it. Dunno when I'll be able to use it. I get SMS from other apps for the same thing, but not from Splash. I wish the app was fixed. |

But it seems that since launch they gave up on actually maintaining the scooters or the app. The scooters are always broken or out of batter and the app has several annoying bugs. |
