We lost the ability to make payments 2 weeks ago and still no solution from the Spendesk team. Their support function is completely overwhelmed by the volume of issues and so we're back to manual pay runs. Not worth the risk of signing up until they've sorted all the problems, and be warned, when something goes wrong you will have to fight tooth and nail to get anyone to help |
