Was able to sign in total of one time, now every time I try to go on the app all it says is processing request this may take a while for like 20 minutes and doesn't ever go to my page. Definitely need a more accessible app that actually connects.

Chloe, 2024-12-17Scan in store only works sometimes, app won't even load where I can use it now. Useless. Glad I am changing insurance soon and will be going to Walgreens. The last time the CVS cashier said the item were not showing as qualified even though the label on the shelf clearly said "OTC".
