I prefer this app COMPLETELY over Spotify. To listen ad-free is cheaper than any other app!! Not to mention, SoundCloud gives me the most accurate personalized playlists, unlike other music streams (ahem, Spotify). The only disadvantages are being unable to view lyrics or finding certain songs for free/in general. Other than that, I think SoundCloud is the best streaming service out there for me!!! 1000/10 recommend over any other app.

"Dear SoundCloud Team, I am a regular user and would like to suggest an improvement. The comments section currently overlaps with the waveform, causing performance issues and visual bugs. Additionally, as music plays, comments sometimes appear unexpectedly, disrupting the experience. I propose moving comments to a separate tab under the track for better usability and consistency. Thank you for considering this!"

I like it but I am facing some issues that only developers can fix: 1) The support for podcasts is non-existent: no "played/unplayed" mark support. No sorting or filtering support. No release date (or any other info) support. Podcasts are basically long songs according to SounCloud. 2) What is the cataloge or the audio quality I would actually get with NoundCloud Go (non-plus)? There is no info about that, only a grey message about what you are NOT getting.

Been using for 9 years and I love it. Never had any major issues with it in all that time. Edit: new update makes it extremely hard to find artists, and the app crashes constantly when searching for a track... Hoping there's a fix soon for both of these issues

I've been using SC since 2017. And it's my favorite steaming app for music. I love it for the fact I can find music on here that just simply isn't anywhere else, I like the obscure wubz, filthy remixes, and deep underground artists who are still in the beginnings of their musical journey. I love it and will continue to support this app and it's artists. The algorithm never misses, I do wish there was a way to dislike and remove some parameters. Update, it keeps crashing, I'm on s22 ultra

They screwed up the following feed. Now its impossible to listen to new music by just the people I follow, unless I manually scroll the feed, which I can't do while driving or preforming other tasks, which is usually what I'm doing when I have time to listen to music. I don't just want random songs from related genres, I want to listen to what I like.

Made an account over 10 years ago, logged in to find all of my playlists still there, started using the app more, realized it's better than most other streaming services and has the same exact music on top of some remixes and flips not able to be licensed to other platforms. Only reason I haven't used it all this time is because record labels avoided the site like a plague back then, making it almost exclusively for international and startup artists. SoundCloud is now my designated music app.

Garbage customer service and updates. Like every time they update it's screwed up. Last time I couldn't play any playlists not mine not anyone's and then. My 200 song playlist got deleted by their crash and they tell you they fixed it weeks later and lie. Never restored my playlist I spent 40+ hours on. They keep saying their busy and they fixed it too. So I remake it another 40+ hours and then they go to fix it again and run it back down to 64 of the original playlist and all my new tracks gone

Man... I love this app... Until I don't. They always add an update that messes something up or makes unnecessary changes. I miss the old feed bubbles on the homepage due to easy access and easy detection of what is new and what is not. I hate the feed tab and it's now just all stuffed in there. Anything having to do with track organizing now adds some sort of exponentially stacking memory stored in the app until it runs out and crashes. Next up, playlist editing, and more are affected.

I've been an avid creator on this site since the initial launch day all those years ago...I remember when we could just click the app and...it would open, it wouldn't crash for nothing...get this, you could even listen to music without it crashing trying to load the songs too!! What happened to that? Don't think anyone here genuinely cares about how the app looks...if it doesn't function 🤔
