This app worked perfectly with my other phone model, but since I got a new one the app says the QR isn't compatible. My camera is the same model (updated to the most recent version) and nothing else has changed outside of that. I can't connect with WiFi or tapping either. I'm unsure if it's a camera issue, phone issue or both at this point but judging by other reviews, I'm not alone on this one with having connection problems. Very unfortunate.

I own the 6700 and the model of my camera isnt even on the app or the help page for looking for the model name. Its not super obtuse, 6700 is in fact, in the model name. For some reason i gotta register every single time and there is all this crazy sneak around menu diving u gotta do. This is worse than most drum machines I own and one deveolpes muscle memory w those menus at least. The frustration level is so high that one has to re figure out everything just to get frustrated and quit again!

Wish I could give 0. It won't even connect to my RX10iv camera. I tried QR (would not scan it), NFC (did nothing), and typing in the SSID and password. Still cannot find the camera in the app. Wasted over an hour accomplishing absolutely nothing. I just hope their cameras are better than their software.
