The app is flakey. I have had to restart my hub several times and the app. I can get one blind recognized and it then the next blind it fails. Very frustrating

I have an awning with the TaHoma controller. In the app I have to click on CLOSE to OPEN the awning and OPEN to CLOSE the awning. I wanted to connect the TaHoma to allow voice control for my handicapped wife but with the controls reversed it would be confusing for her. I contacted Tahoma about this and their attitude is that is the way it is. Must be too tough of a problem for them to fix.

The app constantly logs me out, setup was only possible on the App Store version, it constantly gives me "try again" or "you don't have the license to use this product" errors and when it does log in it'll often say "lost Internet connection" when trying to do anything. The app store version is better but not by much. Very disappointing.

buggy app, connecting to the hub is almost impossible, hub disconnects from wifi very easily. If your Wi-Fi gets reset, your shades stop working and you can't easily delete them so you end up just having to add new shades in the app. oh and the hub has to be really close to the shades so if that's an issue good luck. You probably don't have a choice to use something else so you will just have to deal with it like I did.

this app is terrible. buggy AF. every time the power is cut it loses its ability to control or sync with my device. I follow the steps to a T each time and only in rare occasions does it successfully pair the device with the app. I'm stuck just using the remote, which is hugely disappointing.

Is not compatible with Google Nest Hubs. Requires 2.4hz WIFI. Very disappointing. I also tried connecting through Google Home but get an error message that Google Home can't connect with Somfy TaHoma. Now I have to make a LAN connection. I hope it works else they are going to have one big return!

For the most part this is a good app. The firmware needs some improvement in being able to connect to WiFi with modern security or to have a PoE adapter. It would have been nice to know that you could add a full set of shades instead the instructions indicated that it was single shade. Also, it would've been nice to know that you can add a whole scene from a remote at a time. Also, the location is hidden in settings to get accurate sunrise/sunset times.

Spouse uses an iPhone and is the primary user. When the shades were added I was able to download app and see the screens to lower or raise. Spouses app update shows 1.7.4 and mine(on Android) shows 1.7.3. I'm not able to update app. I've removed and tried redownloading app. Still old version 1.7.3 appears on my Android.

Barely compatible w Google Home. Constantly errors "device cannot perform the command requested in its current status". Routines don't work consistently. Shade groups routines work 80% of the time. Individual shade routines don't work at all. I regret getting Tahoma shades.
