The gems, even when you pay for the app, are practically flying through the windows. They are taking a lot of the gems per answer, even when they are wrong answer. Worse things is that it's a probability that we do not get a refund. I'm truly sorry but this is a waste of money. Horrible. |

Costs in-app currency to solve a question with an AI filled with bad explanations. Costs $10/month for premium and you still don't get unlimited questions a day. Just use Photomath and don't waste your time or money on this |

I reached out to get a refund or to get it switch to unlimited questions, and no one has ever responded back. Super disappointed. |

| 2024-06-13 |  | | Absolutely horrible. There is no direct way to cancel a subscription. The app tells you to go through the payment service, stripe. Stripe tells you to go through the app service. There is no contact or support to call. They only have question submission and I haven't got a response. Garbage service. |
