This crime against humanity of an app gives incorrect information with product scanning in store so it does not pay for covered items at the register despite confirming a product is covered. Ordering online with the much more limited selection than on the website does not work for one random error or another too. This app is trash if one wants to describe it in massively too friendly of a manner. November update - absolutely nothing has ever been fixed, false positives happen all the time.

Very frustrating. My auto saved password loads into the proper fields and then is immediately extinguished before I can even hit the login button. Additionally, this app doesn't allow you to return to it without having to log in again. major pain points! Additionally, there is no store finder/locator on the app that accepts this card as stated in the FAQs.

Very unreliable. I keep getting messages about servers being down. My balances aren't being shown in the Walmart app. I can't even get logged into this app. I've been having these issues since 2022. It's the end of 2024 now. Someone needs to get on the ball and actually fix these issues, instead of just giving clients lip service.
