we were star choice and the website was user friendly. any questions were answered quickly. im so disappointed in share point... convenience, customer service, GONE!
SharePoint absorbed my tiny Credit Union with the promise of more features and better help. As it turns out, my tiny Credit Union did more for me than SharePoint can on even basic things, which is EMBARRASSING. Apparently, SharePoint only offers slow app login, no way to pay credit cards mobile-y, 30+ minute wait times to speak to representatives, and no responses through the app messaging system. It is frankly offensive how poorly prepared this merge was. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
