Horrible. Surveys close without giving you a chance to take them. Or, you DO take them, and they don't pay. Complete waste of time. Have contacted them repeatedly and all they say is the surveys are through 3rd parties and they can't control them. They should reward you, especially when proof of completion is furnished. This app used to be great but has severely gone downhill in the last few months. Once I cash out I will uninstall it. Better apps out there.

( 10/8/24 UPDATE: Despite sending the requested screenshot, I still haven't received my cash out. This morning, I was notified that my reward had been cancelled. Not cool.) I requested a cash out almost 2 weeks ago. Inexplicably, when I clicked on the link sent to my email, I got a message saying my reward was delayed. I've contacted support twice, and all they do is loop in Tremendous, who can't do anything.

I don't suggest this app at all. While a few people may have not had an issue with it, I on the other hand have been waiting 2 weeks for payouts that don't seem to be coming. It's a waste of time. Contacting support is also a waste of time as no matter what you send to their email, you get the same bot response back. I feel like that response was basically just their way of telling me they dont care anout my problem here. That is the email that only replies with the same message every time.
