There is a note that blocks the old version of the app so I can't get back into it to use it. My options on the note are to upgrade or exit out of the app completely. This is very frustrating because I want to take advantage of your prints sale. I can't even get to use my free 100 prints for this month. Please change the "exit" order so I can get into the old app. |

I am frustrated for the following: It doesn't save my cart for very long, so I had to redo this order when I could not finish selecting all the photos I wanted all in one day. I can't seem to access pictures sent to me unless they were saved or sent in very specific ways on google. It would only let me enter a credit card if the billing address exactly matched how it was saved on my credit account, so dashes and etc = problem. |

After book finally in cart, went to check out and it would not accept my phone number. Tried and tried and tried. Contacted support and they said to uninstall the app and reinstall it. Still didn't work.....tried the next day and it finally worked. Probably won't use this app again. |
| 2024-10-18 |  | | Very very difficult to create photo books from the app Can't change photos from pages easily, and changing amount if photos on pages doesn't help either, because then it just repeats the same photo instead of adding new ones. There isn't an option to remove photos already used in project either. Years later & still find it difficult to use the app to make photo books. I try, but then give up. I end up ordering prints instead & making photo albums at home instead. Much easier to do. |

I've started keeping screenshots of it so I know I'm not just remembering wrong. 2nd the app and web page don't communicate. I can save projects in the app or vice-versa and they won't show up in the other. |
| 2024-09-12 |  | | Liked this app until I realized it doesn't save photos you've added and edited into your cart! I have hundreds of photos. I do not have time to edit them all at the same time. It would be very helpful to be able to upload and edit photos and have them saved in your cart that way, until I'm ready to check out. I uploaded and edited 365 photos and didn't check out immediately, thinking they would be saved in the app. But no, when I logged back in I realized I have to completely start over! |

Now I am happy that Snapfish delivers them to my home! Thank you, guys! At my young age of 77 this is a plus!!! My experiences with the photos qualities have been always great! đ |

Finally figured out how to order the 100 print free offer and will continue to use this app for the photos I wish to share. The turnover wait time was not that long. Thanks so much. Josie. August 10th. I just upgraded my cell phone and lost all my previous order information. I was glad to see the App transferred to my new device and just placed my first order with a whole new set of photos. đ |
| 2024-05-18 |  | | I hadn't had a issue until this last order. So the offer was .1¢ per picture. I was thrilled because they are quality fotos. So I order about 250. I got the discount but they put my shipping cost so high. The discount I received was the same they put in my shipping. I understand that they need to make their money but don't lie to people on the cost of something just to put the shipping at the same price you discounted. Made every picture.10¢. It's still a good deal but no need to lie. |
