Now I want to replace it a guy came but refuse to pick it up.now there is only whatsApp chat option which always says "Oops! There was some issue. Please send us your first name again. " I send my name but same message came again and again. Now Waiting for 2 more days to resolve the problem if it not happened I will uninstall the app. We have plenty option apart snapdeal. Very disappointed......... |

No response, no call, no service. To make matters worse, they closed the return policy without resolving my issue. Poor customer service and untrustworthy return policy. |

People are being robbed of their money by committing fraud so no one should download it or order it. You have not kept any chance for complain against the fraud made by you and instead said as non returnable / replacement item when try to return. |

But when I returned an item and provided them with UPI ID as well as bank account details, they kept asking for bank details. I contacted the customer service and provided the same. They ensured that I will be getting the refund to my bank account. But now they refunded them to snapdeal credits. Now I cannot use them elsewhere except snapdeal. This is very disgusting and irresponsible behaviour of you.😡😡😡😡😡😤😤😤 |
