My only complaint is the pop up after the call ends to show the time length of recording and ads. Coukd just be my phone is old, so it takes a while to leave the screen and that interrupts me being able call back immediately if I need to. Otherwise it's really great. |

Easy to navigate through many settings & options. Ads are expected but maybe I'll invest in ad free version because the app is good. |
| 2024-08-24 |  | | This is bad. The free version of this app works perfectly. But the second I paid for the pro version, just to eliminate the ads, it stopped working! It won't record anything anymore. To get this app to work, in the morning when I get up, if I uninstall the paid version, and go to Google Play store and download the free version again, it will work for a day. It will record everything on my phone. But the next day after the app automatically updates I am back to the pro version that does not work! |

I downloaded this app back in 2022 and I use it at least several times a week all the way till now, July 2024. I highly recommend this app if you need to have audio records that can back up your side of a situation or to listen to a previous phone call with specific procedure or instructions that need to be followed. This app has saved me from headaches and hassles many times! |

I recorded over a 100 calls beleaving that they were recorded but they werent, every call has no sound to them. All it has is the file of the phone call but no sound. Worthless app. |

If you click any of the icons that look like they'll do something, such as a triple dot, you just select the call, as if you want to delete it. Everything brings up an ad and the icons to Skip Ad don't work. Definitely looking for something else. |
| 2024-05-10 |  | | So far so good! It's been hard to find call recording apps that work with my phone. I found one that worked for a while before it suddenly stopped working altogether. This one seems to work well so far, recording both parts of the conversation, either on speaker phone or regular. The only downside so far is that the volume on the recording is very low, especially when it's not on speaker. But maybe it's just my settings. I will update if my opinion changes. |

Ads on the free version are loud, obnoxious and unavoidable. If the app continues to perform after a few months, I may upgrade to get rid of the ads, which are virus-level annoying. |
| 2024-03-21 |  | | This app worked great when I first downloaded it. Then after a while it stopped producing audio for the calls that it recorded. It just played a completely silent recording.. I uninstalled and reinstalled and that seemed to fix the issue but then I lost all of my previous stored recordings! And THEN after a while it did the SAME thing!! Now it only records when it wants to.. I tried to email customer service about a month ago and have got nothing back from them. I am SO frustrated by this! |

Not only does it work but the sound is crystal clear which is amazing. (Props to you for beating googoo's stupid policy) (The app did seem to cause an issue when I was opening a link for DocuSign while on the phone. It mentioned to close out any overlapping apps and so I went to my settings and force stopped the app temporarily and DocuSign worked fine) |
