Every day, there is a new Mystery Country. Your goal is to guess the mystery country using the fewest number of guesses. Each incorrect guess will appear on the globe with a colour indicating how close it is to the Mystery Country. The hotter the colour, the closer you are to the answer.

Globle will test your knowledge of geography. You must find the Unknown Country on the world map. Just like in the game Hot and Cold, the temperature will show you how close you are to the correct guess. After each of your attempts, you will see on the map the country you have chosen. The hotter the color, the closer you are to the Unknown Land. You have unlimited guesses so use the color hints and find the target country as soon as possible.

Doesn't use the default system keyboard but instead forces you to use their QWERTY keyboard layout. Also, if you make a typo, you can't just go back and correct that one letter you got wrong, and instead you have to delete everything you typed to reach that typo. Game is nice and not having ads is great (and rare) but this forced keyboard is a deal breaker for me. Too bad.

In practise mode there's no give up or new game button so if you can't guess the country you can't practise anymore. It doesn't use the phones installed keyboard which you are familiar with but imposes it's own weird keyboard. Why? It shows you the nearest you've guessed but doesn't say which guess that was. If you tell it you want distances in miles it gives it you in miles and kilometres. Switching hints on doesn't do anything. It forgets guesses. It's hopeless.

I like the game a lot. However, the countries overlap the keyboard so I end up inadvertently selecting a country when I'm trying to type. Especially "S" countries. Also my practice is glitched. It says Brazil is the closest border but I've entered every country available around Brazil, and everything is orange. With the exception of Suriname and French Guiana which are "unknown" in the app. Actually I can't even type Suriname because as soon as I type "S" the list pops up over the keyboard.
