I love the app but I'm going to remove a star every time the app interrupts my work asking me to rate it. Love this app and the web site. |

I'm forced to reinstall this app weekly because it freezes and won't load sheets. This is an ongoing issue with my coworkers across all platforms. I have written Smartsheets numerous times but they still have not resolved there ongoing issues. |

Will log on to the app,but it will fail trying to access worksheets even after a complete reboot of the phone, and after 3-5 hrs, it will report a period inactivity before eventually logging me out This occurs also when I attempt to use the Log off function. As mentioned in another review, I uninstalled and reinstalled the program to get finally get access. It has also had at least 3 product updates since I started reporting the issue. No contact or support from Smartsheets. |

Why did you make it so difficult to open on mobile web? AND THEN I STILL NEED TO OPEN THE SHEETS VIA MOBILE WEB because the app doesn't even want to load it. |
