So far there's a LOT of mislabelling, with meditation topics not aligning, and background noises not in sync etc. I'm aware that health apps tend to favour IPhones, but that shouldn't mean companies should put inferior products out on the market. I've had similar experiences with other apps and been given credits to download it on my iPhone instead. I've contacted their support through the app's internal contact platform and will wait and see. |

I've hit energy/enlight path hard since getting sober 12/15/23. began feeling like a waste of time but got this app and i made thru 1 round energy balance/clear audio offered in app from root to ❤️ chakra. felt like muscle hadn't been used long time. could even "💪" it. events following have convinced me this was the experience I've been waiting for after 40 years feeling lost in life, its incredible I'm finally "home" u need this! |
| 2024-11-16 |  | | The content is good but organization needs work; support communication is non-existent. 1.Titles are mis-named, or don't match the guided speech. 2.Setting up the meditation with the timer does not work all the time and faqs do not address issue. 3.Needs more direct access to account info and support. 4.I messaged 4 months ago that the app on my phone opens but then I have to install again--I literally have the app appear twice on my phone. No response or help. Causes more stress v calm to use. |
| 2024-11-13 |  | | App keeps crashing and doesn't play when one meditation is closed to go to another. Have to keep closing and reopening for it to work. YouTube has better options of the same things on here. Wish I could cancel the subscription but it's already paid for. I wouldn't recommend this. |
| 2024-11-11 |  | | Before I could open the app they'd charged me additionally. Upon opening the app I found the music/tones to feel very aggravating and ai sounding. I tried 5 different programs and they were all nothing like I hoped I'd find. And I've been charged for an extra month! I've already un-installed it. 10m after starting. I can YouTube better music for lucid dreaming, mantras, or any other meditation. |

There's quite a few glitches: part of screen frozen when pick sounds, the placement of text is sometimes off (it will say "excellent" with T on a new line. The weirdest glitch is the count for how many meditations I've done, when first tried the app I only listened to 2 but apparently I've done 24? And i would REALLY love to hear the individual sounds/chants BEFORE picking them so I know what they sound like! Why isn't this an option? |
| 2024-10-26 |  | | This is a scam. I opted to try the app out for one week, but have been charged for all 3 types of subscriptions: one week, one month and a lifetime version. In spite of this, the meditations still won't play/are locked and get stuck the minute I press play. I want to cancel this and would like my money back. This is blatant robbery. I would not recommend this app to anyone. |
| 2024-10-22 |  | | The app info while trying to subscribe, there are additional items to buy. Exclusive Lucid Dreams Program and Exclusive Holotropic Programs "allow" you to opt out at this time. Only I opted out and I still got charged. I'm on Social Security and have a very limited income. I have been trying to get ahold of someone to give me a refund asap for these 2 items since last night until this afternoon. I'm tempted to cancel everything all together for fraud purchases and poor service to get my refund. |
| 2024-10-07 |  | | Can't possibly say this enough! Stay FAR away from this app. They will charge you repeatedly even after canceling a subscription. Just when I thought it couldn't get worse, their clueless third party payment platform canceled my subscription to a *different* app (which I had an introductory price for and wanted to keep!) thereby forcing me to resub at full price if I want to use the app again. Absolute nightmare. Slowdive is a predatory dumpster fire, do NOT give them your CC info. |
| 2024-10-07 |  | | Slow navigation, as scrolling constantly gets hung up (swiping and no movement, as though it's frozen for a few seconds, over and over...) and when you try and play a new sound, it doesn't work until you restart the app. Not possible to see what sound is playing at any given time, so how do you even know what you want to favorite if it doesn't start playing real time, and you can't tell what is playing? Do not recommend. Fingers crossed that CS is a better experience. |
